Your Social Life/ Your Spiritual Life
Your Social Life:
We are all social beings and our survival is dependent on forming healthy social alliances. However, this is easier said than done. For a large group of people, being socially awkward deprives them of this privilege that is largely a right, and rejections spiral them into a world of manic depression that becomes self-fulfilling. Remedies are not easy, but achievable.
- Study the Art of Body Language. This will help you to learn the art of radiating a positive self-image that attracts people. Learn to move and use your body in an attractive manner. Develop a warm and friendly feel about yourself.
- Learn to Dress to the Role and Identity that You Love. This places you in your world and brings along with it people that love you. For whatever style you choose, develop a good sense of hygiene and learn to be well groomed.
- Develop an Attractive Life Style. This will lure people into your life and give you a choice in building a healthy social circle. Maintain a clean environment free of excessive clutter.
-
Be Good to Yourself. A common misconception from how most of us are brought up is to be well behaved and be nice to everyone else but ourselves. This can be repulsive. Stop thinking about what everyone else will think, and be your true self, within the constraints of what is ethical. Not everyone will like you, but you will become a far happier person and have more genuine friends by being more assertive about your needs. Do not tolerate bad behavior from others. Learn to respect yourself!
- Study the Art of Seduction. The concept Attraction and Connecting with people is an Art Form that can be learnt. In studying the Art of Seduction, a slow but steady growth in eliminating limiting beliefs over time can build you up to a person who is attractive enough to have a choice with building a great social circle. The Internet is overloaded with material intended to help you with this journey. In screening this load of information, you should be careful about picking up only quality products. Workshops and boot camps are great emotional boosts because you will meet others with whom you can embark on this journey together. There is strength in numbers. Workshops are also great in helping you to break a bad habit of only reading e-books without taking any action. You will have to push yourself into the habit of interacting with people the right way to begin this transformative process. Beyond that, you will have to continue pushing yourself over time into an attractive being. This is very involved, covering the art of touching appropriately, the correct and most effective use of the eyes, the right voice tonality, effective conversational topics, among other subjects. But with dedication and persistence, you will be very pleasantly surprised by the results months later!
- Develop your Social Skills. In doing this, your ego is your enemy! In many situations, you will have to be one to initiate contact or get the attention of people that you wish to be acquainted with. This process can cause bruised egos because of occasional rejection. Never take rejections personally. Overcome this and move on. Remember that there is a learning curve in developing your social skills, and the more practice you have, the better you will become at it. A good beginning is a warm smile and a friendly hello to the other person. You will always come across people who will love you, and your reward will be in building a social circle of people who will love you and be very supportive of you.
Your Spiritual Life:
Many of us grow up with a background in a religion that is a function of where we grew up. As we grow older, we begin to form beliefs based on other environments that we are exposed to. Generally, there is the belief in a higher power that guides us through life. In opening our hearts to this higher power, we are helped on our journey through life.
- Count your blessings and name them one by one. You will be pleasantly surprised with what you have going for you! This is also a very uplifting experience, and will always pull you into a positive and happy mood.
- Let go of past failures and take full responsibility for all your actions. Take advantage of lessons learned and move on. Nothing should ever be anyone’s fault, but your own. This will strengthen you.
- Accept and love yourself as you are. This builds in you an aura that is very attractive, irrespective of how you physically look. Present your best self to the world at all times.
- Give out love, even to people who hate you. Radiating love builds around you a shield that protects you spiritually.
- Develop in you a world where every moment is pleasant, and you will begin to attract more pleasant moments into your life.
- Help those who are less fortunate than you are. This can be very fulfilling in lifting your spirits up. In helping others, you help yourself see what you have going for you.
-
Cleanse your system and let go of negative emotions of hatred, jealousy, envy, rage, anger and the like. These negative emotions will create within you fear and anxiety. Fill yourself up with positive emotions of love, joy, hope and enthusiasm. You will be blessed with pleasant surprises, a charming personality, and a good energy about you.
-
Be tolerant of people of other faiths. While we are becoming a global village because of the power of the internet, we have grown up in uniquely different cultures. The different mediums have given to us messages of love, peace and harmony, in drawing us closer to the creator. These messages should develop in us a sense that we all live on this planet together, and should encourage us to develop a better world that the next generations can inherit.
- Develop goals to give you a meaning in life and motivate you through the challenges of life. Goals and dreams will give you moments of happiness, and the strength with which to deal with reality.
